Ted Coiné is one of the most influential business leaders on Twitter, with a following of over ninety thousand and growing rapidly. He is founder of the #leadbiz community on Twitter, a forum that attracts some of the top minds in business leadership and innovation.

Prior to starting this blog in late April, 2011, Ted served at the helm of the Twenty-First Century Business blog, a popular resource focused on leadership, culture, customer service, and the effect of Social Media on the business world – the same themes that inform his next book, Catalyst. He is a frequent guest blogger, appearing regularly on the Sustainable Business Forum and 12 Most.

An inspirational speaker, Ted is author of Five-Star Customer Service (2005) and Spoil ’Em Rotten! (2007). Prior to writing his first book, Ted was founder and CEO of Coiné  Language School, a B2B company he brought from his living room to a $10 million valuation in four years by focusing relentlessly on customer service.

Ted lives with his wife, two daughters, and dog Wheezie in Naples, Florida.

    i’ve enjoyed reading your blog. just signed up for twitter abut a week ago. i’m curious what i have found. i find it embarassing to run my mouth and listen into other conversations but some info is so interesting. media people follow but celebrities could care less. i’ll just watch if it’s ok until i get over a little shyness. thanks.
    guess i should doctor my resume.
